The painter feeds signs and colors not say something but to invite us to say something. In his work does not weigh a mandate or even a suggestion of something concrete, the slightest hint of an image. The signs and colors are not here a cautious assumptions that our understanding is go into a form determined by the artist who sees us arrive at a distance where he suggested that we go. His work, however, breathes freedom is beautiful only when man is able to use it. Perhaps this is the most noble purpose of an abstraction, clean shadows hints of suspicion and a space. And so I see the painting of José Balaguero.
